Wednesday night's loss left the Pirates looking for something to find encouraging about the team's starting pitching in recent days. Enter Phil Dumatrait. Dumatrait, who was facing his former team for the first time, delivered the strongest performance of his Major League career in a dominant 7-2 Pirates win over the Reds in front of 18,142 at Great American Ball Park.
