Philadelphia Eagles running back Brian Westbrook left with a concussion in the first quarter of Monday night's game against the Washington Redskins.
Westbrook was hurt when his helmet collided with linebacker London Fletcher's right knee while being dragged down by defensive lineman Lorenzo Alexander at the end of a 5-yard run.
Westbrook remained on the ground for several minutes before he was helped up and led off the field directly to the locker room.
