The Philadelphia Eagles are not giving up their pursuit of Terrell Owens' money as they have now formally filed a lawsuit against the wide receiver. The Eagles just can't seem to close the book on the headache known as Terrell Owens. They won an arbitration ruling against T.O. that forced him to re-pay bonus money he earned when playing for the Eagles back in 2004 and 2005, but T.O. has refused to pay up.
