Efficient Johan lifts Mets over Yanks

Despite surrendering three homers in his introduction to the Subway Series, Johan Santana allowed the Yankees little else on Saturday, lasting 7 2/3 innings in the Mets' 7-4 win. Jose Reyes and David Wright hit late homers to add insurance.
