Sion E. Bebb shot a 5-under 67 Thursday to lead by one stroke after the opening round of the Alfred Dunhill Championship. The Welshman had six birdies and one bogey at the European Tour event after an early start allowed him to avoid the 104-degree heat. Omar Sandys of South Africa and Craig Lee of Scotland each shot 68 at the Leopard Creek Country Club. Ernie Els (70) is tied for eighth. [link]
