Jose Mourinho's decision to take himself out of the running for the England job means that, once again, the Football Association has to look elsewhere. The last time it was Luiz Felipe Scolari spurning England's advances and the FA was left to appoint Steve McClaren in May 2006 with disastrous results. (link)
