Eric Djemba-Djemba Is Wanted By West Ham, God Help Them!

Former Manchester United man Eric Djemba-Djemba, who is so bad they named him twice, claims West Ham are interested in bringing him back to England. The Cameroon midfielder claims he had a bad time in England. Well Eric, it's not half as bad as the time we had when we had to watch you. He joined United in 2003ish and made a complete pig's ass of his time with them before moving on to Aston Villa and proving himself to be even worse than originally feared. So bad in fact, Villa terminated his contract. I still can't believe Fergie parted with £3.5m for him but hey, every manager is allowed a mental lapse I guess. Djemba-Djemba has got his career back on track at Danish side Odense, who like him are so bad they should have called themselves Odense-Odense. Reports today have arisen which hint that West Ham are watching him. God that must be torture for their scout!! The 27-year-old admits he would be interested in a move back to England as he feels he has a point to prove. ... (link)
