Eveland, Cust lead A's past Rays 9-1 (AP)

Eveland pitched a three-hitter for his first career complete game, Jack Cust homered twice and the A's avoided being swept a home by the Tampa Bay Rays for the first time with a 9-1 win Wednesday.
