The Atlanta Falcons have announced that they've signed veteran tight end Marcus Pollard. He'd been released by the New England Patriots last week. Pollard had 28 catches last season for the Seattle Seahawks. He has 349 career catches in 13 NFL seasons for the Indianapolis Colts, Detroit Lions and Seahawks.
