Week one of baseball is almost in the rear view mirror but your fantasy team still seems to be stuck in neutral? Here are a few insights on players that could help jump start your season.   Pick Me Ups - The Flamethrower and The Poor Man's Grady Sizemore The Flamethrower   Johnny Cueto, SP Cincinnati Reds - In case you missed it Johnny Cueto made his major league debut against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday. Here's his stat line. 7 IP 1 ER 10 K 0 BB Cueto allowed one hit, a home run in the sixth inning which broke up his perfect game.   Cueto amazed the opposition with his 96 mph fastball, spit a hard biting slider, and baffled Eric Byrnes and Chris Young for a combined 7 Ks with his change-up.   Cueto did this all with only 92 pitches. Can he keep this up you ask?
