Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre left Thursday night's NFC showdown with the Dallas Cowboys with a right elbow injury after being hit hard while throwing a pass that was intercepted.
Favre was hurt with 10:11 left in the second quarter when he was hit by cornerback Nate Jones. Terence Newman made a diving interception of the fluttering pass.
Favre got up and flexed his arm and grabbed at his wrist while walking slowly to the sideline.

Good grief, does this guy realize he's on tv? I've seen more life in moldy lindburger cheese. Cris Collinsworth isn't an energetic guy to begin with, but he sounds downright vivacious compared to the "boring one".
