Sir Alex Ferguson used all of his 34 years of managerial experience to try to find a way to spark Manchester United to Champions League glory against Chelsea but in the end it was penalty-shoot out nerve that proved decisive.

Manchester United got their second UEFA Champions League title against Chelsea in a very exciting game. Cristiano Rolando made the 1 - 0 in the first half, but before the middle time Frank Lampard got the equaliser. Chelsea dominated the second half and even their forwarders hitted the post at least twice.
