FIFA moves CONCACAF qualifiers after stadiums flunk new World Cup rules (AP)

 
The Dominican Republic, U.S. Virgin Islands, Montserrat and Surinam will not be allowed to host World Cup qualifiers because their stadiums do not meet FIFA's new stadium standards.
