FIFA tightens security at Liberia stadium (AP)

FIFA tightened security rules Thursday for a World Cup qualifier at the stadium where at least 10 people died this month. A stadium security officer and a special observer will be on duty at the Samuel K. Doe Stadium in Monrovia on Sunday when Liberia faces Senegal, soccer's world governing body said in a statement.
