Fire-Earthquakes Preview (AP)

 
More than two years after the Earthquakes last played in San Jose, they return to the Bay Area on Saturday to meet the unbeaten Chicago Fire. San Jose rejoined the league this season as an expansion team and brought back Frank Yallop, who coached the Earthquakes during their last MLS stint. Yallop led them to MLS titles in 2001 and '03 and compiled a 41-25-17 record. [link]
