What is it about hockey that its fans find so appealing, or for some, addictive?
What is it that keeps them coming back? Only fans from one team are going to walk away with the ultimate prize. Yet fans of the other 29 teams come back. Even if their team finishes in last place or close to it, they come back. Why?
Where else in our lives do we finish last, yet get all excited a few months later to do it all over again? Your team disappoints you, lets you down, and breaks your heart yet you are loyal to a fault. You stand by your team year after year.
Now if we did that in our personal relationships, perhaps the divorce rate wouldn’t be so high.
What is it about hockey we love so much? Is it the fast pace; the hits; the awesome skill level?
Well if you think about it—Where else can you find an athlete that has better cardio; hand eye coordination, more skill and talent, and one that can give and take a hit? Or do you most love the part where your ...
