WASHINGTON -- Less than 10 minutes into the game Wednesday, the Bulls were suffering another sluggish start and trailed the Washington Wizards by 13 points. They appeared headed for another frustrating performance in a frustrating season, less than 24 hours after a home loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.
