Despite Knicks' pathetic record, fans continue to show up
There was a story that emerged from NBA All-Star
Weekend in New Orleans last month about a Knicks fan who happened to run into James Dolan while walking along Bourbon Street. What might have seemed like a chance opportunity to confront the usually unapproachable Garden chairman was doused with some more maddening Garden optimism. According to reports of the meeting, the fan was reminded that despite a poor record (19-46) and all that negativity in the media, the Knicks still are among the top draws in the NBA.
