After suffering the 5-4 loss to the Spokane Chiefs on Saturday. The Belleville Bulls helped out the Chiefs on Monday night. With the Bulls 6-3 win over the Gatineau Olympiques it guaranteed the Spokane Chiefs a berth in Sunday’s title game. Shawn Matthias (Florida) had two goals for the Bulls. The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League Champions the Gatineau Olympiques are heading home. They were eliminated on Day Five of the Mastercard Memorial Cup by the Spokane Chiefs. The Chiefs had three unanswered goals to defeat Gatineau 3-1 in front of 6,626 at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium. With the loss that means Belleville and Kitchener will move onto the Semi Finals.
