SAN ANTONIO - Manu Ginóbili's upper body was almost parallel to the court, as he leaned to avoid the smothering pressure of Lakers reserve Sasha Vujacic. Ginóbili was trapped above the three-point line with nowhere to go and nobody to pass the ball to. So he fired away, hitting a long jumper that gave his team a 12-point lead in the second quarter.
