Giants' Lewis set to have surgery on foot

Giants outfielder Fred Lewis will undergo season-ending surgery on Friday to remove a bunion from his right foot. Lewis started in left field and went 2-for-5 in San Francisco's 4-3 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Wednesday before the team announced the decision about the surgery.
