Good Defense, Jewel Hampton, Shonn Greene All Primed to Propel Hawkeyes

 
The Iowa Hawkeyes will play host to the Wisconsin Badgers this weekend in what should prove to be a classic Big Ten matchup.  The Hawkeyes boast one of the nation's top rushing attacks and clearly one of the best defenses.  The running back tandem of Jewel Hampton and Shonn Greene has combined for over 1,200 yards and 11 touchdowns this season. This stat does not bode well for the Badgers of Wisconsin, as they have allowed 136 points this season and lost three games in a row.  This should be a very intriguing matchup, as both teams need a win to stay in the running for the Big Ten title. The Hawkeyes' rushing attack is 20th in the nation, and will be countered by the 27th-ranked rushing attack of Wisconsin, which has playmakers in its own right. P.J. Hill and John Clay are a similar duo to Greene and Hampton, and this game will feature four of the better runners in the entire conference.  Both teams have three losses, and a fourth could mean scratching and clawing for ...
