For those who needed even more proof that Rodgers was up to the job, here it is: preseason game three. Rodgers did an excellent job today, completing 18/22 passes for 193 yards to nine different receivers during the time he was in, he threw one touchdown, rushed for one touchdown, and threw not one interception.
Yesterday, I wrote an article explaining my frustration with people who have been loudly expressing their displeasure with Aaron. Today, I'd be surprised if any one of those insipid people had a gripe with him.
To me, Aaron has now proven himself. He's played well in many games, starting last season versus Dallas. In that game he threw for 218 yards and had a 106.7 quarterback rating.
In the Preseason opener against Bengals Rodgers completed 9/15 passes (three or four of which were dropped by his receivers, through no fault of his own) for 117 yards in the one quarter he played. In the second preseason opener Rodgers did okay, but his overall ...
