Montreal defenseman Mike Komisarek will be sidelined at least a month because of an upper-body injury, Canadiens coach Guy Carbonneau said Friday. The injury is believed to be to the right elbow. Komisarek was hurt in a fight with Boston's Milan Lucic on Nov. 13. Komisarek has one goal in 14 games this season.
