Healthier Dye showing better defense

White Sox outfielder Jermaine Dye admits he might have lost a step in the outfield since he won a Gold Glove with the Royals in 2000. But nice diving catches like he made Saturday night bring to mind those days, and the adjustments he's made to get to balls.
