Herges grateful for not being suspended

Rockies relief pitcher Matt Herges said that he's never met baseball Commissioner Bud Selig. But after learning Friday that he would not be suspended for being identified as a performance-enhancing drug user in this past winter's Mitchell Report, Herges said he'd like to.
