Nationals manager Manny Acta said Shawn Hill most likely will miss his next start, against the Phillies on Wednesday, because of a sore right elbow.

We stop at Skyline for their famous chili. The coney dog, chili pasta and bowl of chili were not even average. I feel almost un-American saying this, but it just wasn’t good.
