His Knee Better, Kelly Hopes to Practice

 
Jason Reid reports: The swelling in the left knee of rookie wide receiver Malcolm Kelly subsided quickly and Kelly plans to practice this week in hopes of playing Sunday against the St. Louis Rams at FedEx Field.
