Charlie Manuel already had his day, when he managed the Phillies to a World Series championship. Now, he's going to have "Charlie Manuel Day," as it will be proclaimed Saturday by J. Mikel Clements, the mayor of the town in Buena Vista, Va., where Manuel grew up. (link)
