Hornets All-Star forward David West returned from an ankle sprain and was in the starting lineup when New Orleans hosted the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night. West hurt his right ankle during the Hornets' victory at New York on March 3. He finished that game, but missed New Orleans' next three contests.
