There was a lot of buzz earlier this off-season voicing their concern over Bo Pelini's recruiting skills.
ESPN had a question and answer session a few months ago with fans discussing the ability of Pelini to get the Cornhuskers some big names.
There were a couple other instances in the media where he was criticized for his lack of four- and five-star recruits. I think the basis of those concerns are unfounded.
Do you absolutely need to get a truckload of those highly touted high school players? I don't think so and I have a theory why.
