How the Cavs Compare: Toronto Raptors

In the third installment of “How the Cavs Compare,” we will be taking a look at yet another team that went out and made a splash this offseason: the Toronto Raptors. Toronto had a slight drop-off from its 47-35 Atlantic Division-winning record of 2006-07 with a .500 showing in '07-08. Most of this can probably be attributed to the drastic overhaul of the Boston Celtics and the progression of the 76ers, though. The Raptors were still able to make the playoffs, but made a second consecutive first-round exit—this time at the hands of the Orlando Magic. How will they fare in what looks to be a very tough Atlantic division this season, and, more importantly, how do they match up with the Cleveland Cavaliers? (more…) (link)
