Indians address Salcedo rumors

Several reports have claimed the Tribe has already signed Dominican prospect Edward Salcedo, who is represented by super agent Scott Boras. On Tuesday, John Mirabelli, the club's assistant general manager in charge of scouting, confirmed the team has not signed Salcedo.
