Fausto Carmona gave Cliff Lee a tough act to follow. Carmona pitched a five-hitter for Cleveland's second consecutive shutout over the struggling Toronto Blue Jays, a 3-0 victory in Monday's doubleheader opener. Lee, 6-0 with a major league-leading 0.81 ERA, was scheduled to start the second game for the Indians. (link)
