Joe Girardi repeated the phrase several times Tuesday night in explaining his decision to go with Brian Bruney in the eighth inning, even after Phil Hughes breezed through the Mariners in nine pitches in the seventh. "Bruney's our eighth-inning guy,'' Girardi said.
