They dealt Kwame Brown, Javaris Crittenton, Marc Gasol, and two first round draft picks to the Memphis Grizzlies for star forward Pau Gasol. Soon after, the Phoenix Suns would trade Shawn Marion and Marcus Banks to the Heat for Shaquille O'Neal.
