Ivanovic to sit 1-2 weeks for thigh injury

Ana Ivanovic will rest for one to two weeks to recover from the left thigh injury that forced her to quit her fourth-round Wimbledon match against Venus Williams.
A posting on the 2008 French Open champion's Web site Tuesday says, "Although highly painful, the injury is not serious."
Ivanovic's next planned tournament is Aug. 3-9 in Los Angeles.
