Quarterback Joey Harrington has returned to the Atlanta Falcons. He agreed to a two-year contract with the team Tuesday after being released last week. The new deal gives the Falcons additional salary cap room and throws Harrington back into a quarterback mix that also includes Chris Redman and D.J.
