* at Minnesota 7, Boston 6: Mike Lamb hit a two-run single in the bottom of the ninth against Jonathan Papelbon, who blew his second consecutive save opportunity. Delmon Young led off with a single, advanced on a sacrifice and stole third. Carlos Gomez walked and stole second. Then Lamb hit a 1-and-2 pitch from Papelbon.
