Judge reaffirms ruling in Rocket's case; paves way for McNamee

A federal judge in Texas reaffirmed his original dismissal of most of the claims in a defamation suit Roger Clemens brought against his former trainer Brian McNamee, who accused the seven-time Cy Young Award winner of using performance-enhancing drugs.
