Julio expected to pitch Thursday

Right-hander Jorge Julio is expected to return to the mound on Thursday when the Indians host the Rays in a 1:05 p.m. ET game at Chain of Lakes Park.

When Luis Rivas came through Fort Wayne with the Wizards in 1997, and he was a hot Twins prospect. He was with the parent club by 2000.
