My thought: No, at least not right away. Parcells hasn't lost his touch. He didn't win a playoff game in Dallas but he handed a Super Bowl-caliber team to successor Wade Phillips. He got young quarterback Tony Romo ready to play and put Romo into the lineup at the right time.
