Knicks have not contacted Avery Johnson yet

 
Avery Johnspn has been out of work for only two days and already has been contacted by at least three teams, including the Phoenix Suns, according to a NBA source. By late Thursday afternoon the Knicks had not contacted Johnson. (link)
