Kevin Kolb is taking snaps with the second-string offense during the Philadelphia Eagles' minicamp and appears to be on the verge of overtaking A.J. Feeley as the team's No. 2 quarterback behind Donovan McNabb. Kolb, a second-round draft pick last year, was the club's third quarterback last season as a rookie, and Feeley's starting experience could tempt the Eagles to leave him as McNabb's primary backup.
