Laird's pair gives Rangers winning lift

Gerald Laird hit two homers and Michael Young added a shot as the Rangers defeated the Cubs, 5-4, on Wednesday. Jason Jennings allowed one earned run in three innings, and Sidney Ponson faced the minimum in his two-inning debut.
