Lakers big men Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol are sitting out Los Angeles' meeting with the Memphis Grizzlies. Bynum has a strained right elbow after getting injured late in a victory at Houston on Wednesday, though he doesn't think it's serious. The Lakers' starting center is averaging 20 points and 10.6 rebounds in a strong start to his season.
