Lakers' Bynum might have surgery in 3-4 weeks

 
Center is considering arthroscopic procedure, and getting another medical opinion, to help determine what is wrong with his ailing left knee. > The injured left knee of Laker center Andrew Bynum has shown some improvement, but if there is no further progress in the next three to four weeks, Bynum might undergo arthroscopic surgery, according to Laker spokesman John Black.
