Larry Fitzgerald: The Anthem of Our Dying Day

The hope, The wait, The moment, the rumors, and the final descision.  To all eagles fans, March 11th will always be the day, the day that COULD HAVE been an indication that we would win the super bowl.   The day started regularly, with the common speculation, and the discussion.  "The eagles will get Larry Fitzgerald G Cobb says so!" Now I do not know about you, but there are two kinds of eagles fans, the optimistic and the pessimistic.  I for one am a pessimistic person.  They say pessimism will get you know where, they say optimism is the key to success, but pessimism is reality.  The eagles have been around longer than almost anybody else, and yet no superbowl to date. The eagles came close in 1980, and watched horridly as jim plunkett tore apart the eagles defense, and as Ron "Jaws" Jaworski, threw two interceptions.  So I believe it was normal for me, and other eagles fans, to come into the day and pout about our ...
