If you’re the Washington Nationals, and you’ve already pissed off people who love baseball, appreciate accurate spelling, and not being pelted with T-Shirts wrapped around hot dogs, why stop at that small group?
Take it to the big time. Insult an entire community of kosher-keeping Jewish fans .
I feel terrible for the Nationals P.R. staff. Not only do they live in a city that is naturally viral on the information tip, but just when they think they can bury a story, another pops up. They are legendary for miscues, mismanagement, missed opportunities.
The only thing left is for President Obama to crack a joke about the team in a speech for the death knell to be complete.
