The New England Patriots signed free agent Victor Hobson on Monday, bolstering their aging linebacker corps. Hobson, 28, has spent all five of his seasons with the New York Jets, starting 58 of the 76 games he played. He joins a linebacking group that had Tedy Bruschi, Mike Vrabel and Junior Seau as starters last season.
